From years of experience negotiating customer requirements and putting out those fires, both as an outsourcing vendor and as a hiring manager, I’ve learned that the number one quality desired in a vendor is competence. Great client service requires responsiveness, pro-activity, and accuracy. Competent vendors make their clients’ lives easier and that translates into better results for all involved.
